6 ripe tomatoes
2 tablespoon of tomato paste
½ red capsicum
1 apple
7 basil leaves
1/2 cups of water
1 handful of spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Make sure to add the water gradually until you are happy with the consistency. Blend for several minutes. The soup should become warm and at a nice temperature to eat. Pour into a bowl and add a dollop of natural yoghurt and some fresh coriander. It’s also great with fresh homemade bread.
1/3 chilli
10 small roma tomatoes
½ bunch spinach
1 small zucchini
1 apple
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
Mix all ingredients in your blender. Add a small amount of water depending on how thick you prefer your soup. Garnish with natural yoghurt and parsley.
Kaleidoscope Soup
7 cherry tomatoes
2cm piece of fresh chili (optional)
¾ red capsicum
1 carrot
½ zucchini
Handful of spinach leaves
Paprika
Moroccan spice
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
½ cup of water
Blend all ingredients for a fantastic winter warmer. Add a dollop of natural yoghurt and some basil leaves to serve.
Luminous Pea Soup
300gms peas – preferably fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
2 cup of warm water
2 sprigs of mint leaves
1 sprig of basil
Chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients and add a dollop of natural yoghurt, black pepper and dress with few of your favourite herbs.
