You will find that the more you drink green smoothies, the more you prefer versions that are not as sweet. The following recipes are our Super Green Range of Smoothies. They have a larger number of green ingredients and less fruit. Enjoy!
1 handful parsley
1/2 bunch spinach
4 lettuce leaves
1/2 small cucumber
2 peaches
1 banana
Kiwi Magic
1/2 cucumber

1 handful lemon grass – grass not the stalk
4 mint leaves

1 bunch bok choy
3 kale leaves
500ml water
Sweet and Sour
½ bunch spinach
15 thai mint leaves
1 lime (cut the ends off and half and throw it in, skin and all)
2 bananas
2 kiwi
2 oranges
2 cup water
3 teaspoons of honey
Lime Green Smoothie
1 pear
1 banana
1/4 lime with skin
1/2 cucumber
1 bunch bok choy
1 handful of spinach
750ml water
