Benefits of Drinking Smoothies

The benefits have been widely reported about drinking green smoothies.  These are some of the health benefits we noticed  once we started drinking green smoothies.  At first it appears to be more a feeling of good health.  Shortly after, we noticed physical changes in our bodies and condition.  Our tastes changed and the thought a green smoothie and salads had us salivating.  You may notice different changes.  If you do, we would love to hear from you so we can add them to the list.

    Today is the first opportunity I have had to make a green smoothie since your presentation at Breakthrough Beyond Limits. OMG – I am amazed at the simplicity of preparing the green smoothies and then the surprise when I tasted it for the first time. I had a breakthrough right there and then in the kitchen – I feel like this is an important piece of the puzzle on my life’s journey. And what made is even more special is I shared this moment with my teenage children. My daughter Georgia helped prepare the ingredients and was very interested in trying the smoothie after it was blended. I can’t wait to see and feel the benefits.
