Making green smoothie is easy and only takes a matter of minutes to make. You’ll just need a few things to get started.
1 sharp knife
1 blender
1 cutting board
You will need to purchase greens and fruit for your smoothie. You can check out our recipe section or follow our simple recipe below.
2 small apples – no stems
2 oranges – no peel
1 banana
2 Medjool Dates
½ bunch of English Spinach – no roots
750ml of water
Wash the apples and spinach. Remove the stalk of the apple and cut into quarters. Remove the peel from the orange and cut into quarters. Peel the banana and remove the pips from the Medjool dates.
Then add the washed greens and fruit into the blender and process until the mixture is completely smooth and blended. Pour into a glass and drink straight away. This recipe will make approximately 2 litres of green smoothie. Refrigerate your remaining smoothie and drink it throughout the day. Check out our videos for practical demonstrations.
